Mandela Challenge: Enyeama Dropped, Emenike Returns




Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has left Vincent Enyeama out of his 20 man squad to face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the Mandela Challenge in Durban on August 14.

Making a return to the Super Eagles are the trio of Emmanuel Emenike, Victor Moses and Shola Ameobi.

The former Togo and Mali boss handed fresh invitation to former youth international Uche Nwofor and a recall to Locomotiv Moscow winger Victor Nsofor for the clash billed for the Moses Mabhida Stadium.


Coach Keshi has placed three home boys on standby; defenders Benjamin Francis and Solomon Kwambe, and striker Muhammad Gambo.  Little known Norway-based Samuel Aaron is also on standby.
